April falls right between winter's magical snowflake flurries and summer's blissful sunny days.
For skincare at this time of year we want our routine to retain as much moisture and hydration as possible, defending us against the bitter cold, whilst also being lightweight enough for those delightful warmer moments.
Luckily I have recently been kindly stocked up on the perfect pieces for these ever-changing Spring days...
Face wash: COSRX Calming Foam Cleanser
COSRX is one of my favourite skincare brands because it truly clears your skin. If you have any impurities and you want a non-abrasive solution, this award winning K-beauty brand is a great place to start.
The Calming Foam Cleanser is a daily cleanser that both combats breakouts and heals damaged skin. It is formulated with Cosrx's unique CentellAC-Rx Complex which optimises the skin's natural regeneration. The complex is based on Centella Asiatica which soothes irritation and strengthens the skin's barrier. The salicylic acid gently removes dead skin cells and excess oil to keep skin blemish-free without over-drying.
The Calming Foam Cleanser is non-acnegenic, hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested, gluten-free, and cruelty-free. It will work wonders for all skin types, but especially those with acne-prone skin.
Face moisturiser: Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré
I frequently use Embryolisse's face creams. Not only is their texture smooth and non-oily, the fragrance is delightfully light and floral
The Lait-Crème Concentré is renowned in the beauty industry, notably due to its multipurpose nature. Whilst it works as an incredible day-to-night cream, it can also be applied like a make-up primer, giving you the perfect base for your foundation, concealer and powders.

Hand and body cream: ERESOS Cocoa Cream
This year has been my first time trying the wonderful brand ERESOS, and what a delight it has been! The Cocoa Hand & Body Cream is so delectably buttery, with its light chocolatey scent and thick creamy consistency. It locks in moisture right away and it will keep your skin feeling hydrated.
The cream combines CBD for its naturally calming properties with the luxuriant Cocoa Nut, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.
